Responsible for preparing complete technical documentation (technical reports, drawings, plans, diagrams, calculations, etc.) for road infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, earthworks, etc.), in compliance with national and European regulations and standards;

Ability to interpret topographic, geotechnical, hydrological, and traffic data and to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams;

Technical English at intermediate level (an advantage);

Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) and Civil 3D (3D modeling, profiles, cross-sections);

Experience in preparing technical and economic documentation (SPF, Feasibility Study/DALI, PTE, Detailed Design – DE).

Technical documentation: Preparation of technical reports, drawings, layouts, longitudinal profiles, cross-sections, execution details, and technical specifications;

Regulatory requirements: Compliance with TSI, EN standards, and applicable regulations;

Alignment and routing: Setting out the road axis in horizontal and vertical alignment, ensuring clearance gauges, determining minimum curvature radii and vertical transitions;

Infrastructure & superstructure design: Road dimensioning, pavement structures, drainage, earthworks; integration of technical solutions for national roads, motorways, and express roads;

Technical and economic documentation: Preparation for all design stages (SPF, Feasibility Study/DALI, PTE, Detailed Design – DE), including cost–benefit analyses and estimates;

Interdisciplinary coordination: Interpretation and correlation of topographic, geotechnical, hydrological, and traffic data; verification of compatibility with architecture, structures, installations, and environmental requirements; managing comments and updating drawings;

Graphic deliverables: Preparation of editable documents and PDFs, layouts ready for plotting at various scales (1:500, 1:1000, 1:2000, etc.);

Collaboration and approvals: Collaboration with checkers and other technical disciplines; participation in technical meetings and meetings with beneficiaries; ensuring documentation traceability;

GIS and coordinates: Use of GIS databases; compatibility with STEREO 70 / WGS 84 coordinate systems (an advantage);

Railway infrastructure project experience: Considered an advantage;

Permitting and approvals: Active participation in the permitting and authorization process.
